In 21 th century the man is on the way of much development by his special power of mind or intelligence. During the developement,the man discovered many many new things which are usefull to humans but also some of devils mind use this tools in altered manner so as to cause the man harm or affected in diseases.
For diseases man till doing research work to overcome to health.But even after the such huse and many billion dollars research work all over the world by scientists, there are certain diseases that till are not trulely possibile to cure.
In ancient Hindu's or Indian ayurveda there is much research are already done before decades,with practical approch with sure results.This consist of from cause to tratmment with prevention of the diseases in its whole aspect.It includes medicinal powers of plant to surgery.The father of surgery is Indian Sadhu. In ancient India it also much given importance of prevention of the diseases with the help of YOGA and MEDITATION.
Yoga consist of the positions of the body parts in typical manner to get circulation and increase of function of that part. Meditation also called as PRANAYAM. It consist of respiratory process in typical way- ANULOME and VILOME. Anulome means inspiration taken in lungs for certain time and Vilome means expiration given out for certain time. This cerctain time is vary from person to person depending upon his capacity or experience.
The meditation or Pranayam is must for everyone is necessary to overcome to healthy life.It has many many advantages for healthy life.It mainly increases the Immunity of the man.It incrases the blood circulation process in effectualy with oxygenation of the blood to tissuses to growth process.The meditation mainly works on the brain causeing relaxation of the brain which turns into increase of brain function.It increases the Lung capacity so as to blood furification.
Pranayama strenthens the man as a whole.It increases the power of man to take decions and decreases the tension,stress of man.It also relaxes the body parts to get strenrth in them.The meditation is very usefull along with the exercise or Yoga.But in this modern lifr process man don't have much time to exercise.For pranayam there is much less time is necessary. It can be possible even at work.It can be done for minmum 5 minutes to 20 min depending upon man. It is usefull from childen to adults.
